What is the All-Access Training Pass?
STAR12 is an All-Access Training Pass offered through Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc., and its training divisions. The pass gives you unlimited access to our full lineup of seminars and webinars for 12 months.

Can someone else use my pass?
Your pass entitles you to full seminar and webinar access, but it cannot be shared with others. We require that pass-holders present a photo ID at each seminar they attend.

Can others use my pass to attend webinars?
Your pass gives you a single, unique connection for each conference. You’ll receive connection information upon webinar registration. If you’d like to invite colleagues to participate with you, there is no additional charge. If they would like to connect to a conference from a separate location, they must register separately and pay the full webinar enrollment fee. Sharing your code with others is strictly prohibited.

Can I transfer my pass to another person?
Individual passes are unique to the individual and cannot be transferred to another person.

Can I cancel my pass?
If you register for a STAR12 All-Access Pass and find that it does not full meet your needs, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 90 days after your pass is activated, provided you have not attended any training during that time. Passes cannot be canceled after you’ve attended a seminar or webinar.

Will I have a pass number?
Your e-mail address will serve as your unique pass code. Simply provide your e-mail address each time you register for an event.

What if my e-mail address changes?
Simply contact a STAR12 customer service representative and we’ll update your STAR12 profile.

What training can I attend?
Your STAR12 All-Access Pass entitles you to attend ALL seminars and webinars produced by Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc., and its divisions which include National Seminars Group, Padgett-Thompson, CompEd Solutions, the National Businesswomen’s Leadership Association, and Rockhurst Webinars. You’ll find a full listing of our upcoming seminar schedule at www.MySTAR12.com.

How will I know what seminars are in my area?
You will receive advance notice of training coming to your area through printed and e-mail communications. You can also find training in your area via the “seminar search” feature on www.MySTAR12.com.

How will I know what webinars are available?
You will receive advance notice of webinars through printed and e-mail communications. You can also find webinars in your area via the “seminar search” feature on www.MySTAR12.com.

How do I enroll in seminars and webinars?
To enroll in a seminar or webinar, simply call 1-800-682-5073 with the date, title, and location (for live seminars) of the training you’re interested in and we’ll do the rest. You can also enroll online at www.MySTAR12.com. You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment within 24 hours of registration.

Do I have to enroll in advance to attend a seminar?
Preregistration is required for seminars and webinars. It helps us create an exceptional training experience for you. We encourage you to enroll in seminars as soon as you know you’re interested in attending. However, as a special benefit to you, your STAR12 pass guarantees that if you register at least one week prior to the seminar or webinar you want to attend, your admittance is guaranteed ... even if the event is “sold out” for nonmembers.

What if I sign up for an event and can’t attend?
We understand that sometimes plans change and you’re not able to attend an event that you’ve signed up for. Just let us know in advance that you won’t be able to attend, and we’ll cancel your reservation.

What do I need to do on the day of the seminar?
We recommend that you arrive at the seminar 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time. When checking into the event on the day of the seminar, please be prepared to show your photo ID to the event registrar.
